Great Staff, Maintenance and Super Dog Friendly
July 1, 2019During the leasing process, Emily was very helpful and processed our paperwork very quickly. Every time I've had a maintenance request. They have been prompt in responding and solving the issues immediately. I brought my pup to live with me in these apartments. I'm very happy to be surrounded with like-minded neighbors who also have pets. I've made a lot of connections with the neighbors and we occasionally dog sit and have playdates with each other.Review from Apartments.com
Great management, towing company are sharks
June 28, 2019This is the second place I've lived in in Davis, and what I really liked about this place was that the management team (shout-out to Emily!) would always put on fun events like breakfast, waffles, bagels, etc, and would just otherwise be very sociable and pleasant to interact with. My only complaint is that parking is a little tight, and the resident towing company regularly patrols the parking lot; one time my friend parked in an unreserved spot for an hour during a non-peak time and got ...towed... a little excessive in my opinion. The amenities and the fantastic service I received from both the maintenance staff and Emily in the leasing office were incredible and I could not imagine a better experience! If you are looking for an apartment in Davis I highly suggest leasing from Cambridge House, you will not find a better or more caring staff or better amenities anywhere else!Review from Apartments.com

Perfect for UC Davis Students!
May 24, 2019I was a transfer student at UC Davis, and the Cambridge House was the place that allowed my transition to be great! They really accommodate college students: providing study rooms, coffee, themed giveaways, that make it a fun place to live. Overpriced, but very nice (3br 2 ba)
May 24, 2019For the price, the apartment itself is not very large (3br 2ba). All the appliances are new, and when our washer and dryer broke they replaced it (we have not been charged for it yet and it has been a few months). The pool and fitness center are very nice, the landscaping is beautiful, the amenities are great, and the office is super nice and works with you. Clean and Friendly Community at Cambridge House
July 24, 2018Cambridge House is extremely well put-together, and the staff is great at keeping the community members well-informed of social events and maintenance announcements. The office administrators are really bright and energetic, and they are so accommodating when answering my questions. The maintenance team is also very considerate and adept; they respond to repair requests in as little as two or three days. I had trouble with my oven when I first moved in, but they were always so patient despite ...having to come fix it numerous times. They were even able to help me out on a weekend! There are sometimes issues with the study lounge Wi-Fi, but the Cambridge House team is quick to remedy those. They are constantly trying to improve the community, making sure that all the shared amenities--like the pool and grill--are in tiptop condition. The apartments have nice, roomy floor plans. I stayed in a two bedroom apartment, and there was enough space for all my belongings to have a designated spot. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.
