Front office and staff
November 6, 2024Since moving in the make this short and to the point, Carina and Oscar have been great to work with and are willing to make sure even if times get rough they will do their absolute best to accommodate you and figure out solutions, along with their positive attitude they’re worth the move in alone.. if that isn’t enough their chief if maintenance Leonard with push you over the top he makes you feel like you’re the only tenant there if there’s an issue his turnaround time is fast! Cambridge On Devonshire
October 5, 2015It's a quiet area at times unless the high school across the street from us is having a Football game or a graduation ceremony going on. The maintenance is a issue such as towel rack wasn't installed professionally so we had to ask again to reinstalled. What's worst is that there is a roach infestation and we talked to the office about it they said that every Wednesday they bomb it chemically. But no results since they are still on the loose. I would love if they can take care of this little ...issue. Otherwise I love staying here to read my books and walk around the complex area.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great First Apartment
August 11, 2015My girlfriend and I moved in together here a little over a year ago. It is our first apartment together and we knew little of how the process worked and found that the staff were very helpful and eager to help the lorises along. A week after we submitted our deposit was the move in day. Everything in the unit was clean, fresh paint and bright. There aren't any balconys here but the windows are large and so was the unit for a single bedroom. Pricing is fair and there's plenty of garages to rent at ...a steep 100 extra per month but you gain another parking pass for visitors and friends. All in all after the year here officially the 8th of August 2015 we are happy with the apartment, staff and neighbors. Small complaints would include the laundry payment system utilizing a card you refill with a credit card unit within the pool area that subsequently closes around 10pm. Or perhaps the semi-frequent plumbing work going on in the last few months. In any case the water is ok fr the taps and our hot water supply is almost instant.
