New Management is Scummy
May 15, 2025I was set to move into this apartment in two weeks and had put down a pre-lease deposit for it. Then this new management company takes over and suddenly my unit is not available, and the only units they have left are $300 more expensive. Don’t do business with this management company.Property Manager Responded

Perfect Place to Live
March 25, 2024This apartment is located in the heart of the south side of Springfield. Nestled amongst other apartments this complex has an extra sense of safety to it. You're able to hop on main vein roads and get to where you're going quickly. For it's location it is actually pretty quiet. I can't wait for summer when the pool opens!Review from Apartments.com

I love living here!
March 5, 2024I have lived at Cambridge Park for a few years, and the last two managers have been some of the best management I've ever rented with. They are very balanced in understanding that tenants are humans, and life happens, while also maintaining a property that has integrity, is clean, and feels safe. The ground are kept tidy. The pool is clean. Workout space has good equipment. Some of the apartments are renovated and some aren't, but either way they are good quality. Excellent place to live!
January 11, 2020I have been living here for about 8 months now and want to thank leasing staff for all their hard work. The area is nice, as with most of Springfield, as long as you lock your car and keep your valuables out of sight (so use common sense) you will be fine. The apartments are kept in good condition and maintenance is quick about any major repairs needed. The property manager has done a great job explaining leasing policies, communicating regularly, and going out of his way to make this a great ...living experience.
