I, Chafik, have had the pleasure of living at Cambridge Townhomes for nearly two years, and I can confidently say that it has been an excellent experience. The management team is exceptional—always friendly, professional, and quick to address any concerns. From the moment I moved in, they made me feel welcomed and valued as a resident.
One of the greatest perks of living here is the convenience. The school bus stops right inside the complex, which makes mornings so much easier for families. ...
Shopping options like Sam's Club, Walmart, and Aldi are all within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient for everyday essentials. Additionally, there's a public library, Hy-Vee, and a variety of great restaurants just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy a meal or run errands without having to drive.
The maintenance team is another highlight—they are friendly, efficient, and always respond quickly whenever I’ve had any issues. Whether it's a small fix or something more serious, they are on top of it, ensuring that everything is taken care of promptly.
Overall, Cambridge Townhomes offers a wonderful balance of convenience, comfort, and excellent management. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I stayed here for three years, the unit was perfect when I moved in, ladies in the office were very nice and professional. The maintenance was nice and professional as well, things would get fixed the same day as maintenance request. I genuinely enjoyed my stay here, would recommend:)

We’ve had countless issues. Management is impossible to get ahold of and maintenance just kind of comes whenever they feel like it.
