It has been quite the experience being here since April. There has been one issue after the next. They are being worked on slowly and some resolves, just annoying that it seems to be one thing finally gets squared away and then there is another.

I feel that the people in the office should be honest to the people that they are showing these apartments to especially when it comes down to the extra things that we have to pay make sure you tell all of it cuz if I sit there and ask you is there any other things that I would have to pay outside of your water your sewage your trash which I didn't know was two different charges they went up on all the prices be honest about it don't lie because that's what they did to me they lied and I'll never ...
forget it you don't have to hustle people into moving into these apartments and then once you get them in the lease you sitting there like Pat each other on the back yeah I got that one yeah I'm highly upset over that I ain't never going to get over it either

When I moved into this development I was supposed to move into apartment 1112 no one reached out to me and told me that that apartment was not going to be ready until the day before moving I was also told either take it or I'll tell your application up I had no choice but to take it because it was a day away from my expiration where I was living I thought the person by the name of Russell was very rude very disrespectful the girl who took care of me in the office she lied about the amenities that ...
should be paid check and make sure that they give you the information you need if you specifically asked for how much the other amenities cost and they only tell you four but I have to move in you see a list of about 10 or 15 that's unacceptable dot your eyes and cross your teeth and another thing the marijuana smoke in this development is overwhelming and there's nothing the people in the office can do about it you literally have to call the police

This property is stunning. They did some upgrades in the fitness center and club house area. My favorite amenity would definitely be the fitness center!!

Great experience until I transferred to a larger unit & have inconsiderate neighbors living above me. Loud, rude and management has done nothing to try and resolve this issue.
