January 20, 2026When I moved into this development I was supposed to move into apartment 1112 no one reached out to me and told me that that apartment was not going to be ready until the day before moving I was also told either take it or I'll tell your application up I had no choice but to take it because it was a day away from my expiration where I was living I thought the person by the name of Russell was very rude very disrespectful the girl who took care of me in the office she lied about the amenities that ...should be paid check and make sure that they give you the information you need if you specifically asked for how much the other amenities cost and they only tell you four but I have to move in you see a list of about 10 or 15 that's unacceptable dot your eyes and cross your teeth and another thing the marijuana smoke in this development is overwhelming and there's nothing the people in the office can do about it you literally have to call the policeRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

The staff in the office are always knowledgeable and ready to assist you with basically everything. The management team is very thoughtful and I love how we will get random treats. May 2, 2025This is great place to live! It really feels like home. We've lived here since 2016. The new management is wonderful and very friendly. The maintenance team is great. They respond quickly and do a great job at resolving any issues that pop up. The outside of the property it's beautiful. They're completely renovating it and it looks amazing. We've seen a lot changes over the 9 years lived here but this is by far the best I've ever seen! There is security at night which makes me feel like I'm in a ...safe community. The rental prices are fake.
April 20, 2025Beautiful property and apartments. Staff was top notch. I spent at least an hour here touring and speaking with the agent only to find out that none of these apartments were in my price range like it showed on their website. The rent will be several hundred dollars more than what you see online. This was my very first choice and I was excited but felt tricked when I learned the cost.Property Manager Responded

July 30, 202250 characters just is not enough however there have been several murders, car jackings, attempted murders, your property ie your car will be be hit, stolen and damage. The management team is a joke. The are horrible people and can not be trusted. The are rude and speak to people with disrespect. ALSO, they are charging for community electricity, water, sewer, two different types of trash removal. You will pay up to $300 or more just in the apt fees. So stay away if you value your life, property ...and you wallet.Property Manager Responded
August 10, 2022Hello, We take concerns of this matter seriously and have security services in the community. The access gates require that the only way for vehicles to enter the property is through an access card or residential code. Additionally, per the signed lease agreement (and again outlined in the welcome email) the following fee is charged monthly, pest control, valet trash, trash hauling, water, sewer, utility service fee, and community electric charge.
