We pride ourselves on having much larger units and top maintenance! The price...great value with No hidden fees, no extra “trash Fee” or Hot water fees, and BTW; Water is on us. So the price is the price, that’s it.. Don’t take my word for it! We haven’t met yet; don’t let the pictures alone sell you… Come by and you will instantly feel at home. I tell everyone, if you don’t know the neighborhood, drive around. You will fall in love with our service, and character, and welcome, to come back at any time, any day. See for yourself how quiet, clean, and comfortable our community feels. At the moment we have a 1 Bedroom, 1 bath unit. It has great laminate flooring throughout with newly carpeted bedrooms! With smooth ceilings, Central A.C. keeps it cool when needed and warm in the winter. Walk-In closet space and yes...Granite countertops in kitchen and bath. You will like the pictures but you will love the reality. We also have a seasonally heated pool. This is a NON Smoking building and sorry folks, No pets. Easy access to restaurants and shopping and a quick drive to the freeway.
