This company does not want you to move in, and cares far more about stringing you along. They will require over $250 just for you to apply, and unless you cancel within 3 days (during which *they will not have responded to you*) they will hold onto it for simply wasting your time. This company moves at a glacial pace, does not respond to emails, does not pick up phone calls, and will not reach out to you unless their own finances are at stake. realtors are completely new people who do not have experience, and unless you somehow have the money and time to throw around to lose and wait on small apartments, you will be wasting your time. You'd be better off living under a bridge, as the experience would somehow be better than trying to rent from this company.
