This company wants to steal your money
September 29, 2025This company does not want you to move in, and cares far more about stringing you along. They will require over $250 just for you to apply, and unless you cancel within 3 days (during which *they will not have responded to you*) they will hold onto it for simply wasting your time. This company moves at a glacial pace, does not respond to emails, does not pick up phone calls, and will not reach out to you unless their own finances are at stake. Their management is crass and uninterested, their ...realtors are completely new people who do not have experience, and unless you somehow have the money and time to throw around to lose and wait on small apartments, you will be wasting your time. You'd be better off living under a bridge, as the experience would somehow be better than trying to rent from this company.Property Manager Responded

clean, great management and VERY safe
November 2, 2021I’ve been here for a year now. Renewed my lease for another year today. The apartment was renovated before I came here. Clean carpet, beautiful linoleum floors in the kitchen area, beautiful cabinets and so very clean. Every time I need something fixed, they are on it so fast. Every time I call, they answer. I complained about the smoke, the neighbors were kind about it and started smoking out their window. Washer and dryer area could be a little cleaner but I think that’s to be expected living ...with a bunch of people in one area. I always hear someone vacuuming outside keeping the area clean, however lots of mold on the ceiling with water damage in the entrance but again, to be expected and am not exposed to it 24/7. Neighbors are so very friendly. Living somewhere safe if huge for me and being a young woman who lives alone, I’ve NEVER once felt unsafe here. Everyone is so friendly. Four Year Resident
June 4, 2019The leasing staff (especially Beth) are very knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. The maintenance staff responds immediately and fixes things correctly the first time around. Quiet complex, no issues with neighbors, fair rental rates, convenient location. My only complaint is the snow removal company the property uses in the winter; they are just extremely slow getting out to plow and don't do a very good job when they do.Property Manager Responded

Overall Review after my first year
May 3, 2019This month, I will complete my first year in this apartment. Before I say anything I wanted to say thank you to Elizabeth, Lisa and Michelle. You ladies are the best. The maintenance service: It is the best service I had so far. It is superb fast. I asked to check my refrigerator and whole the guy showed up within an few minutes. Throughout my last year I didn't had any major issues. The staff: The staff in main office and the maintenance crew are super friendly. They will explain everything ...step by step in detail when you sign a lease. The maintenance crew is really awesome. When I moved in last year I asked for an electric outlet checkup or something. the maintenance guy came in fixed that. Plus I was replacing the bulbs in my Kitchen last night but couldn't finish it and left over on the kitchen top while leaving early in the morning for work. The maintenance guy replaced them for my and put everything back to to date. This is definitely says a lot about their service. I can't thank them enough. The price and overall apartment: This is the best part. In entire Canton I wasn't able to find a deal better than this one. The apartment are really nice and have enough space for everything. Pretty Satisfied
November 12, 2015The single worst thing about this place is the people. There are too many people here that live differently than you and you might have an opinion about that. I went from a one bedroom 2nd floor unit to a 1st Floor two bedroom unit and have lived here roughly 5 years. Communities are what you make of them, Point blank.
