Strict on pets but otherwise a very nice, quiet, and well-kept community. People are generally respectful, and the walking trails and scenery are very nice. Plus it's about 5 minutes from historic downtown and 15 from Cool Springs.

Great location. Wish the gym were a little bigger so I just workout at home. Walkable neighborhood. Inside could be a bit brighter, but they choose a light tan color on the ceiling (think that's why it seems darker than it should). I have a corner unit so there are plenty of windows.

The apartments are beautiful inside and out. I absolutely love the exterior elevation w/stone as well as the exterior and interior paint colors. The amenities are fabulous, especially the rec room with pool table. The community is beautiful, especially with the pond and fountain and lots of scenic areas to walk my dog. I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. It is very peaceful and I really love living here. However, I really wish they were built with concrete between the apartment floors, ...
as most apartments are. They were obviously built with wood between the three levels, as I can hear and feel every step from the people above me, even worse than in my previous two story home, which is shocking for an apartment.
The exceptionally nice grilling area at the pool deck was a big selling point. Overall, I really enjoy living here and the location is prime, within walking distance to Kroger, Target and several restaurants.

Overall, my experience as a resident here has been super great! The staff are friendly, the community is overall fairly quiet and reserved, and the amenities are worth the price! If I have to make any suggestions or comments, there are moments where there are people making noise above or around me, whether on a vehicle or just walking around upstairs. Sometimes I'm filming videos in here, so it doesn't help when they're driving around making noise. As for suggestions, the gym really could use a ...
coat rack or hooks for those who need to remove a hoodie or something.

It's coming close to a year since moving in, and it has been the best year at Grove! The unit itself is just what we needed, and the 2 minor issues we have had were resolved immediately. I so appreciate the level of communication and reachability of the management. They even know my name! I feel safe walking throughout the complex and everything is maintained.

The apartment has a cool for plan with a nice big patio, however during the warm months there is a pigeon infestation. Recently my hot water went out and maintenance had to come out about 4 or 5 times before it was repaired, so that was inconvenient. And the gym has been out of service for most of my time here (equipment was broken, then closed for renovations) . All I could use before it closed were the dumbbells and since the gym was so small, it was pretty much only into person at a time. ...
Curious to see the renovations once those are done, but due to small size, I just go to the gym or workout from home. The selling points of the apartment are the patio, convenient location, and price.
