Drove through this property looking for a place to live since moving to NC. This place was absolutely gorgeous! If it weren’t such a small town, I would definitely want to live here. Cudos to whoever keeps this place going!!!

The appliances and kitchen were full of roaches from day one. Also, people don’t clean up their dog waste and allow their dogs to pee down from their balcony to yours. Balconies are not there for when you don’t feel like walking your dog outside. Finally and worst- be aware that there are bedbugs here. Ask the manager, she has to disclose this: bedbugs have been in the middle building of 3br and back building of 2br. I’m letting you know this so you can ask, speak to current residents, and most ...
importantly inspect your unit before you move in. The office blames the tenants, but the roaches were there on night one of a newly built apartment. Renter beware. They do pest control but it doesn’t work. I don’t know how roaches were in a brand new empty refrigerator and dishwasher. Check carefully in the middle and back buildings.
