The community has had a bad rap in the past and since our new property manager Brandi has started, we've seen so many excellent changes. Pest control is frequently around more, landscaping has improved, there's more involvement from the front office such as the bookbag giveaway that was done for the children as well as the emails to basically just check in. Brandi & Dee have really been amazing!

The community is nice and quiet as always sometimes I do wish it could make a little noise because me and my friends be loud at times, but my neighbors are so sweet. I don’t mind at all when I have company I love my neighbors they both sweet and helpful. This was the best decision I made for my life. Well, my future is staying in Camilla.

Lived here for years. Upgrade and changes were needed, and now we have it. The new look is very nice, pest control is regularly now and landscaping has stepped up. I really like that the apartment comes with a washer and dryer. Brandi is awesome and helps with anything you have questions about.

We’ve lived here for a couple months now. The apartment is beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet. Maintenance requests have been answered very quickly. (Had our heat go out and he was there the same day to fix it.)

This has been an Excellent choice in housing. My move to Brunswick was a swift one due to work. Moving here in Camelia was an easy transition. The office and maintenance staff are amazing!!!! I could Never regret my decision to move here. I love it here.

Ive really been enjoying my stay here! They keep everything nice and clean. The staff is awesome and so pleasant at all times. My apartment is so spacious and the layout works perfectly to maximize the space. Also I love the community events they have, for Halloween my kid received a bag full of goodies, he loved it!
