My Experience
January 14, 2026RUN from this place. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never in a million years did I think an apartment we left spotless would cost us 6,000$ in repairs!??? The images attached to their email were of literal dust on the light fixtures and the TINIEST 2 spots on the carpet. Im truly baffled. We were amazing Tennants; always paying on time, clean and orderly and we got along with everyone. Im just astonished how we are being treated and that I'm expected to basically renovate the apartment for ...the next person..... The money-hungry ways of this company should be illegal, and I will definitely be contacting my lawyer. Mind you, they charged my 600 to APPLY to this apartment and another 1000$ to put my husband on the lease. I should have realized their greed then. Amazon Package Alert
October 21, 2021USPS will not deliver your packages to the apartment. The property management will NOT accept any packages in the front office as was the standard practice. They are using the excuse of COVID to not accept packages and declare that accepting a package was a privilege, not a standard operating procedure. I don't know what century this upper management lives in, but if you are a modern person that shops online I highly advise living SOMEWHERE ELSE.Review from Apartments.com
Neglect of almost everything.
June 12, 2019We have not lived here long but are already thinking about breaking our lease and moving down the road to bridgeway. The office staff hardly ever knows what’s going on. When you ask about anything getting done they’re response is “we’re working on it” no specific date or anything. There was a broken step that prevented us from ordering our furniture. It took them 3 weeks to fix it. Parking is a major issue. I’ve had to park at another unit and WALK. I’ve called before and left voicemails about ...trailers taking up 2 spots, moving pods taking up 3, and do you think they ever called back? Also we were lied to. We were told we would have a fireplace and a coat close. No fireplace and the “coat closet” has the water heater in it. Everything is just poorly done. Definitely not worth the money we pay. There’s cat hair painted over the baseboards, the kitchen cabinets are falling apart, the chandelier is being held up with a 14 gauge wire. Just, they didn’t care about anything. And in the short time we’ve been here, there have been countless bugs, specifically spiders, in our apartment. You can tell if there has been any leaks or cracks because they just paint over it and call it a day. The first week moving here our neighbors informed us they were moving and thinking about a lawsuit. They said management were trying to make them pay for water heater damage because it had leaked but the heater hadn’t been checked since 2016. Just. Don’t. Move.
