I have lived here with my dog for over a year now and am 100% satisfied. The amenities make it feel like living in a resort and the staff make it feel like a family and community. It’s very pet friendly here and my dog is spoiled daily with treats and love from the whole staff. I love the community events they have and look forward to book club every month. Camelia, at one nexton is a nice community that offers a comfortable, calm, friendly environment away from problems. It offers services that motivate residents to stay here. A gym for a healthy life, a pool to enjoy with family and/or friends, a walk for your pet (if you have one) to connect with nature. Not to mention the staff, nice people full of joy and enthusiasm, they give you that vibe of motivation and friendship. I am grateful for everything, really.

The property itself is top notch and beautiful! Has all the amenities I could want. The management team -Laura, Tara, and Melvin couldn’t be more welcoming and kind! Brad, Brooklyn and Jamel only add to the perfection. The events have even great for meeting neighbors and my pup is spoiled with the dog park, spa, and pup cups! I love the coffee bar as well!

The management team is exceptionally courteous and responsive, with Brooklyn being especially helpful in promptly addressing any needs I’ve had. I’ve been here for a couple of weeks and am very satisfied with the amenities. The community events are top-notch, and the location is incredibly convenient for all your shopping needs.
