February 22, 2016The management has changed dramatically... This use to be a wonderful place to live. The tenants aren't screened,its just whom ever can fill a vacancy. And for what they are charging per month,they all need to be newly renovated!The maintenance staff repair things on their time.I had problems with my bath water, while running the water,it was fine, after turning it off, come back in five minutes, it had an beige oily type substance floating in it... Reported that, nothing was done. When I lived ...there the entire complex lights were off,the laundromat was closed, the only lights I had was my own,but the complex lights were out, and it was pitch dark, and dangerous, it stayed like this for two weeks! I had my brothers to come home with me every night.Im a very clean person, but new neighbors weren't, started having a bug problem, Haven't seen a bugman in months, received notices on the door stating when they are coming, but never came. And quiet time ours, it was never quiet! Loud parties, loud music! I had three months left in my lease, I paid it, and got the heck out of there!The property has depreciated,even with the so called renovations.It needs more work, better management, someone that cares, and in the office when you need them!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 1, 2015This community is horrible. They do not want to fix anything and if they do it could take weeks at a time. I have complained about several things that still have not been fixed. I will not sign another lease here.Review from Apartments.com
Bugs and Poor Service
September 26, 2015The management does not adhere to their posted office hours and can be hard to reach when you have a concern. My apartment had bugs in it and was not clean when I first moved in. Even after calling an exterminator the first time, bugs were still crawling around in the kitchen.Review from Apartments.com
