March 8, 2026some miscommunication It's not a bad review. I don't like that large businesses own rental properties. Generally, on-site staff are limited in what they can do and higher-ups in Cush-Wake are unresponsive. We had been asked to do a 15-month lease two years ago, and I suspect it may have been to extend the lease into a second calendar year, so a higher rate increase could be passed on to us. We offered a longer lease to align with my work contract, and the email was missed, and the offer declined. ...You would do better business attending to the long-term tenants--more than five years in our case. Also, pet screening was a bit of a surprise. Could have handled this at the time of signing a few months ago.
