Was looking for a new apartment in the Cameron Park area and stumbled upon Cameron Oaks.
They were able to accommodate a walk in tour, and the property manager, Kaiya is amazing! She showed me the community, answered every question I had, and seems like she runs the property well. Property looked cleaned and maintained as well!

Since moving in January, management and their team have been cleaning this place up and it is looking amazing! The grounds are well maintained, the trees and over growth have been manicured. Staff is very friendly and quick to respond. I can't wait to see what new updates are coming. Im so happy I moved my family here!

Great location, its near food, stores, and they just opened 2 brand new grocery stores nearby. It is great for kids, close to schools, I can walk my daughter to school everyday. Very pet friendly and I love that it is a non smoking complex!

This apartment has been one of the best places I’ve ever lived. The staff is great—always helpful and responsive—and the community is very quiet and peaceful. This place is beautiful. Always well maintained. Each apartment comes with your own covered parking space. What drew me in was the washer and dryer in the apartment. They allow pets with a deposit of course. Down side is its on the expensive side. No way a single person could afford this place on minnimum wage. But when anyone asks for a suggestion on apartments I recommend mine.
