    The office staff truly goes above and beyond to help with any situation. The maintenance staff are quite literally the BEST! If anything ever goes wrong in your apartment they respond quickly and do everything in their power to have it fixed immediately. The current Trash Valet service personnel (S-T), erase an extra chore from your list. We love the new Bark Park that was just completed a few months ago as a free running space for our fur-babies. We love that the Fitness Center is 24 hours a day ...

    I have enjoyed living at Camila. I just wish all the costs would stop going up. Paying for a trash service and all these other things is hard. However, the customer service with office staff and maintenance has been great.

    Management has shown a complete inability—or unwillingness—to enforce even the most basic community standards. A close friend of mine in apartment 1603 unit 206 has been dealing with constant, excessive noise from an upstairs neighbor for over a month. This isn’t occasional disturbance—this is ongoing noise at all hours, including 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM. They also have a dog barking during the whole day preventing him from doing his work peacefully. No one should have to live like this. They know ...
    what I am talking about. I visited him once I personally heard all the noises and I asked him do you live in this mess, how do you sleep and he told me he can’t sleep at night. He will sleep only when they stop the noise. And my friend told me Despite multiple complaints, management has failed to take meaningful action. Their responses are vague, inconsistent, and ultimately ineffective. Saying “we’ll call” without follow-up or enforcement is not a solution—it’s avoidance. This reflects extremely poor leadership and a lack of accountability. What’s most frustrating is the imbalance: they are quick to charge residents for every add-on and fee, but when it comes to protecting residents’ right to quiet enjoyment of their homes, they fall completely short. If you are considering living here, understand this clearly: your peace and quality of life are not a priority. Unless you’re comfortable paying to live in a stressful and unresolved environment, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

    No apartment is a five star review. The manager here at Camilla apartments is great. Much better than the last one. She is willing to help the residents who live here without a fight.
