Lived here for a year, pictures match the units, neighbors were very great, super quiet area. Office manager Mrs.Beverly was VERY nice abd patient. She's truly understanding and works with you!

The staff is amazing! Lindsay in the office is always personable and approachable. Craig the maintenance man is always professional and courteous. The neighborhood location is only blocks from the beach but feels like country living. All issues are addressed immediately. The rules keep me feeling safe and secure. There are onsite security/ off duty police officers who patrol as well as Pass Christian's finest. The landscaping and pest control service is included with rent. You won't be ...

I've lived here for only 1 and half. I dealt with Rats coming in and out of my apartment through the walls and underneath and behind the appliances and counters due to wholes in the walls leading to the outside. When I told them about it they said they could not do anything about it. Had to spend my own money on rat traps. The sewer problems. Toilet and tub gets overflowed with sewage water. Again, they said there's nothing they could do about it. Rent increases at any giving time they want with ...

Here at Camille Village we strive to be the best community we can be for our current tenants. We do not openly discuss concerns from previous tenants that were removed from the property by the Harrison County Justice Court due to not meeting the expectations that we have here on property.
