The neighborhood location is only blocks from the beach but feels like country living. All issues are addressed immediately. The rules keep me feeling safe and secure. There are onsite security/ off duty police officers who patrol as well as Pass Christian's finest. The landscaping and pest control service is included with rent. You won't be ...disappointed here! Rat Infested, Sewer Problems

I dealt with Rats coming in and out of my apartment through the walls and underneath and behind the appliances and counters due to wholes in the walls leading to the outside. When I told them about it they said they could not do anything about it. Had to spend my own money on rat traps. The sewer problems. Toilet and tub gets overflowed with sewage water. Again, they said there's nothing they could do about it. Rent increases at any giving time they want with ...no reasons as to why. Rude property manager and the appliances are outdated. December 21, 2023Here at Camille Village we strive to be the best community we can be for our current tenants. We do not openly discuss concerns from previous tenants that were removed from the property by the Harrison County Justice Court due to not meeting the expectations that we have here on property.
