Parking nightmare

There are no problems honestly except for parking. It's so bad it kinda makes me want to move. If I'm not home by 8pm I'll be walking across the complex to get to my apartment which is practically everyday because I work until 11pm. Friends have to park in an entirely different complex because visitor parking is very limited and mainly used by residents. They offer reserved parking for $25/month I believe but it's useless because all of the ones anywhere near my apartment are all taken by people ...
who don't use them and have them for a "just in case". So not only can I not park close to my apartment 95% of the time, I can't even get a reserved spot that would be useful. I've been living here for almost 2 years and I just resigned another years lease. The complex is quiet, clean, and good looking. The management staff is wonderful and quick to send maintenance to help fix any sort of problem. (I've had a random small leak from my AC compartment and they fixed it right away.) Worth the struggle

I had a hard time at first getting to see the apartments. They kept saying that they look like the pictures online and wouldn't show me the apartment until weeks later. Finally they showed me the apartment and they were right. I just didn't like them trying to mess with but now I love the apartments and management. I have had no trouble since I moved in. The neighborhood is nice as well. Haven't heard much noise or disturbances. Overall I have liked my experience here.

I have been living here for a year and recently renewed. It is liveable. The new management (~3 months) has been improving thing slowly. The apartments have been had floors and counters updated and are generally quite nice. The issues are with the grounds and the upkeep. The main pool is great, and they keep it clean, most of the time. The other pool is closed 90% of the time and when it was open, never clean. Although it is a quite place to live, Id hope that the new property management notices the updating needs that the complex is in desperate need of. Its understandable that some things just can not be fixed but it would be nice if some things were considered. Such as the poorly thrifty renovations the previous property management updated from missing tiles at the swimming pool to the missing ceiling fan/light in the bedroom(s). Reasonable to an extent

This complex was for the most part very reasonable when it came to dealing with anything. They went slightly overboard on some things (eviction notice on first late rent) but we were able to quickly resolve most situations. Employees weren't always aligned on everything which made dealings difficult at times. Overall a decent apartment for the price.
