January 27, 2025I've lived here about 6 months now and would recommend. The staff are friendly and maintenance is very responsive. They're usually out to handle your issue within a few hours. For the most part, the neighbors are pretty respectful. There's a lot of different cultures here which can make for very interesting and diverse conversations. It's not the cheapest place, but if you can afford one of the remodeled apartments, I'd say it's probably worth it.Property Manager Responded

November 21, 2024I really enjoy living here in Camp Hill. Work is very close by, well paying jobs are nearby. I'm a cyclist and there are a lot of routes to ride and bike shops if you are into that type of thing. Apartment is clean, roomy and perfect for me and my girlfriend. Cheaper than other apartments in this area and utilities are cheap. Rent is higher than the average, however that's due to being in Camp Hill instead of Harrisburg or Carlisle. Leasing office and maintenance crew are very helpful and ...quick to respond. Residents are friendly and helpful also.Property Manager Responded
