This place is poorly managed and way too expensive for what it is.
It is not safe at all here, we constantly have vehicles being vandalized, the most recent trend is cutting off peoples catalytic converters and before that they were drilling holes in peoples gas tanks. When reported to management here they just say call the police (which cannot do anything without a lead) so good luck! They have a few cameras but no security here at all. Packages also get stolen off your doorstep on a regular ...

Also they don' t tell you about the extra MANDATORY charges on top of your rent, for example: Valet trash, technology package (you cannot go outside their package so its either no internet or their package), and they include a water fee too.
Your electric bill will be 2-300 dollars in summer because of how inefficient their buildings/equipment is. Lowest I have seen is 150 in winter, same with the neighbors.
Also if you got noisy neighbors they will not do anything because they claim they cannot afford to evict anyone because they cannot fill.

I've been living here for the last year, and I've had a great experience so far. The administration in the office has been incredible - especially Jillian and John. Even as a few staff have left or transitioned to new positions, they have worked really hard to make sure that the residents don't suffer and that it is a seamless transition without any hitch. Maintenance always shows up within a few hours of putting in a request and does a great job with the repairs. I have always felt truly cared ...

When I moved in, I had heard there was problems with roaches, so before signing my lease, I had the leasing agent promise me that the apartment I was moving into was free of pests. She assured me there was no roaches in the apartment. Sure enough, my first night here, I began finding the cockroaches all over my apartment. They are in the walls, under counters, behind fridge, EVERYWHERE. I have found over 500 roaches over the 6 months and it gets worse everyday. The Camdens take no responsibility ...
and send out there "pest control" who comes and sprays for 5 minutes and calls it done. It never helps and they give me no option but to end my lease. They are rude and unhelpful about my huge issue. If you want to live with roaches, live here.
