About Campbell Creek Apartments
Campbell Creek is conveniently located right across from main campus, specifically the John W. Pope Jr. Convocation Center which primarily hosts the university’s basketball, volleyball, and wrestling games. It’s also a short walk to the new Student Union. Aside from being so close to our Camels, we are only about 50 minutes away from Raleigh, about 2 hours drive time to the beach, and about 4 hours from the mountains. For a more local adventure, check out Raven Rock State Park that is only 30 minutes away. Of course, there are also plenty of local business within the immediate community. Our office staff is full of recommendations for anyone who is new to the area!

Worst experience ever!
February 24, 2024It has taken me 3 years to write this review, but the experience has stayed with me. My son lived in these apartments for a year and a half. He actually was rarely there in 2020 due to covid. They placed him with a roommate that had a dog. The dog was kept in a kennel in the living room and the roommate's girlfriend stayed over most of the time. It was like he couldn't move around freely in his apartment. He basically rented a room. The issue came when we tragically lost my younger son in ...October of 2020 in Lillington. Understandably, my older son did not want to return to Campbell University. He dropped out that fall and the following spring semester. The management would not work with us at all. They did not let us out of the lease, so we essentially paid for an apartment that no one was occupying. It's just heart-breaking that we had to go through the emotional pain of losing a son and the financial strain on top of that. Avoid this dump
August 8, 2022The furniture is very old. My apartment had mold, animal droppings, and dead bugs everywhere. It didn't matter how much I cleaned, it could never be clean. Management was very unresponsive and unwilling to improve anything.Property Manager Responded

Not worth it
December 8, 2018Didnt like staying here. Price wasnt bad but amenities was lacking. Tvs were not 50inch. Pool table was broken. Just updated gym but still the equipment sucks. Pretty sure my room had mold in it.Review from Apartments.com
