Have lived here for a few years now and have had a wonderful experience. The property manager Al is extremely kind and helpful, and maintenance is always prompt when responding for repairs, be they emergencies or not. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a safe, pleasant home.

I have recently moved in and I love the apartment! The property manager Al was very helpful when showing me the property and answering all my questions. He also included a new washer, dryer, and carpeting, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment is spacious and the front lawn makes this apartment feel more like a home than any apartment I have been at.

I recently moved in and the neighbors have all been great and told me how lovely it is to live here and how great the property manager, Al is. The whole place feels like a house not just an apartment. The two bedrooms are spacious and I love the large living room. Al has been so helpful and wonderful in answering all my little questions. I haven’t been here long but I already feel like I’m home.

We didn't need a pool, or a covered garage, or a doorman. We just needed space, light storage, and someplace to hang our hats after over 20 years in another place. This place became available right when we needed it and for the price, it's spacious and comfortable. The lawn and snow maintenance is timely, and for being on Campbell, it's relatively quiet. The 2-BR have a back door and a driveway so our vehicles are off street. We love being here.

I've been living at Campbell Row Apartments since I was in the 5th grade when my parents moved in here. I was able to rent out the apartment once they wanted to move onto another home. I plan on being here for as long as I can because the apartment is beautiful, spacey, and are located in Royal Oak. Al is fantastic and very easy to deal with.

I recently moved in and I just love my new home. It is very spacious and having a washer and dryer is so convenient! The backyard is perfect for my small dogs. The property manager, Al, was so great to work with. I would definitely recommend Campbell Row!

I moved into the Campbell Row apartments about 7 months ago from Minnesota. I was nervous about such a big move without a lot of opportunity to physically see many homes, but their property manager Al was amazing. He sent pictures, answered questions, and really put my mind at ease. Several months later I feel very comfortable in my new home with my family. The neighborhood is nice, and the term apartment seems like a bit of a misnomer, the units are all set up like duplexes which definitely ...
