June 7, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comLocation is the only thing it has going for it. West end so it's way quieter than anywhere else. - Parking is awkward, and the layout is designed for failure in some spots. - Buildings were built in 1985 and it definitely shows it's age. "renovated" is a term used very loosely. Units are barely, if at all, insulated. - Air conditioning is a dream at best. Your a/c will never cool to where you want it to be. (unless you like 80*) - Flooring is as cheap as it gets. Linoleum flooring and cheap ...tile. Easy to clean, but the tile does crack if you look at it funny. - If you still have looked away, then prepare for the German Roaches. They will pop up and be a nightmare to deal with. Prepare yourself for it. - Maintenance team and Office staff are slow to respond to any reported issues. Understandably so though. They are in charge of extinguishing a dumpster fire with a can of gasoline.Read More

I was worried about roaches or bugs moving into an apartment but have never seen one, not even a spider! The balcony is a great size and has beautiful views. It is relaxing watching the fish, turtles and crabs go swimming by. The inside feels very open and love the large bathroom. The complex always looks clean and well kept. The management is awesome and so sweet. Very friendly place and quiet. There is just ...so much more that I could say about this place and definitely don’t think we could of found a better apartment in Galveston.Read More

February 11, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI lived there for awhile and while the staff was mostly nice most of the time, there were some rude incidents. As far as the actual apartment: The bedroom is HORRIBLE - ALL of them - there is a large giant window in the bedrooms and that window faces the walkway and outdoor steps - it is LOUD all the time. If someone just walks on the steps, you can hear the rattling in your bedroom - if someone is just closing their door, you can hear it - if someone is outside talking, you can hear every word. ...That alone caused me to move. The outside and parking: Trash... tires were slashed a few times, smelled of trash, peeling paint everywhere, most lights didn't work, bugs and bugs and bugs. If you like the show Live PD or Cops, this is the place for you - almost nightly, there was police activity in the units.. a lot of yelling, swearing, running and fighting. Once, I was woken up about 1am to a policeman kicking another door in and the person taking off running. Not a safe place at all.Read More
Garbage
August 1, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThis place is very deceiving, don't be fooled. Along with an ant problem there is a cockroach problem. I have been here 2 months and I hate it. The management will show you a model that is very nice then when you get your actual unit it is garbage. They replaced the appliances with new appliances that were damaged and actually installed them with the damage and after notifying management, they said they would replace them. As I mentioned I have been here 2 months now and apparently they swept it ...under the carpet, unbelievable! I am unfortunately in a 12 month lease but as soon as I fulfill it, I am getting out of this trashy place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
