Management Doesn't Care

This is a hellhole to live in. Management regularly ignores requests, doesn't care about any lease violations except the tiniest ones, and couldn't care less about packages being stolen from the secure room they have for packages. The only reason I'm even okay giving it 1 star is because it's cheap. But you certainly get what you pay for from ANY Epic Asset Management complex.

Current Tenant: Awful security, Unhelpful and Detached Management

I've had 3 attempts to have car parts stolen here. One attempt was successful where my catalytic converter was stolen and cost me about $2000 to replace. I reported it to the office the next day. When I called "24/7" security to let them know the line was dead. Two weeks later I wake up in the middle of the night to the sound of loud scraping metal noises and look out my window to see someone else getting their catalytic converter stolen. I rush outside with 2 other tenants but got there too ...
late. This kept happening to multiple residents and the apartment was without security for months.
The walls are thin and the tenants don't pay attention to quiet hours. There's dog poop in front of my balcony every other day. They are eager to take your money but ultimately uncaring or accommodating when you make complaints.
There is a mosque next to one of the apartment exits and on Fridays during their joined prayers in the afternoon the members park in the apartment taking up all the parking spots for residents living in that area of the complex even though they are not supposed to and block the exit with their cars. Management knows but does nothing.
There's a litany of other issues but they are too many to list. I am a young man fresh out of college and have little requirements for somewhere I live but this place doesn't even meet them anymore. The rent is no longer worth the price of living here and dealing with its issues. I most definitely wouldn't recommend this place to single people let alone a small family. Only reason to live here is for the price, but it's no longer a good value proposition. Steer clear of here

I was told by professionals who work with this complex and others, that I should find a new place to live.
I believe them.
This place is an armpit.
Extremely rude Office workers.
Drug deals, gang violence.
Unsafe parking in the lot or on the street.
Gun holes in windows.
Broken down cars in the lot.
Cigarette smoke constantly in the hallway.
This place is disgusting. They literally never clean the buildings. Inside the hallways are smeared with dirty hand prints. Been there for over a year ...
now.
RUN FAR AWAY! And feel thankful you never have to live here.

I moved to this place knowing that this place was crappy because the price was cheaper compared to other apartments. I see police almost every 2 weeks arresting someone from/around the property. I see cars that have been broken into. I see dumpsters are filing up with garbage and trashes. The hallway smells like poop, weed, and cigarette. The management is very inconsiderate and rude. They almost never want to hear your concerns. I cannot wait till my lease is over. I am going to be very happy ...

Im writing this review for one of the most fantastic places Ive had the opportunity to live. I just moved to Campo Basso in Lynnwood this last June and have nothing but positive things to say. My apartment, the staff, the property and neighbors have been so welcoming. This year I had to make some major choices for me to move and was lucky enough on my search to work with the staff of Campo Basso. I first started my experience with Britney the Assistant manager of the property. Knowing my credit ...
was not good she assured me she would do the best to work with me. On top of that I am a bartender so proving income can be a pain. Britney from day one took me step by step through everything. From finding out my credit, finding out deposits too hold the apartment and when I was approved what moves I needed to do to hold the home she was there all the way. After officially approved signing my lease was just as easy. I came in and Britney walked me through the entire lease pointing out everything crucial to know. Since my time being on the property my building has been completely relaxed. I have yet to find one day where I didn't feel the property was being well kept and totally safe. Working with other employees on the property such as maintenance, the property management or leasing associates has been nothing but pleasant. Im always welcomed by my first name and with a smile. So needless to say I look forward to my future being at my new home. Its affordable, safe and comfortable and I highly recommend anyone this property.

We have some flea from old renter pet still leaving in this apartment .
We try to kill many times , by using bugs killing sprays . It' s working for about little times , and come back again . Now we have new born baby and almost the end of contract . We plan to moving out in the next two months .
