  • Very bad on safety

    If safety is not priority then what’s the reason to live here. The apartment inside and out looks good, but the safety is bad. so many gun shots every other nights and people stealing cars. some people got shot in this apartment.

      "Thank you for taking the opportunity to leave us feedback. At Campus apartments, we are always looking for ways to provide the ultimate living experience. We value the safety of our community greatly and we continue to improve safety measures. Some of those measures are the installation of new surveillance systems and the elimination of the secondary entrance, so that we can better monitor inbound and outbound traffic. Additionally, we have security patrols seven nights a week. Above all else, we urge our residents into taking personal safety precautions such as leaving valuables out of sight, locking their doors, and reporting any suspicious activity. Once again, we would like to thank you for your feedback. We encourage you to reach out to us at (682) 710-7661 to learn about all the safety measures we are taking in our community."

    Once approve for this one one bedroom apt, date to move was going to be on Dec. 1st now apt didn't get approved. Just sad and not happy. Glad I didn't pay down on my furniture had to cancel cable, electricity date for lights to be turned on and among other dates for things to be delivered. Veronica Murphy
