Pros: Nice amenities, close to campus, option for covered parking, nice design. Cons: Unfortunately the management is bad and and also any possible issues are not resolved quickly. For example the elevator has been broken for a week and they don't even know when it is going to be repaired, litter in the corridors may stay for some days there before it is cleaned etc.

Our elevator maintenance is managed by a third party, and we are in contact with them daily to ensure it is repaired in a timely manner. They are currently waiting on the delivery of a necessary part. As for trash in common areas, please don't hesitate to inform the office of these issues so we can have our maintenance team investigate immediately. Pictures help as well!
