I lived on campus at WKU, and honestly, my suite mates weren’t the best. We didn’t always get along, and sometimes living together was hard. But when you live on campus, you can’t always choose who you live with. You just have to make the best of it and learn how to deal with different people. Even though I didn’t have the best experience with my suite mates, it was still a learning experience for me.

It’s okay living here but it needs a whole new everything. Air stopped working and the heat. I do not like how maintenance comes in and out of the apartment whenever and the office does as well.

This is definitely a character building apartment complex. It was fine. I never had any issues with parking, the furniture was fine. Had a few issues with maintenance, but overall okay experience.

Amenities are not working properly, rent is getting too expensive. Roads are not corrected. I didn’t expect to get locked out of my apartment either. I have lived here for 4 years and while there are some parts I like, others I do not. Like the apartments themselves could be upgraded with better quality. The gym can be upgraded too to have more equipment and better experience. Our air conditioning system still has a wall in unit rather than getting fixed.

Wonderful staff and great place overall to live, only complaint is the noise of people racing outside every weekend. Other than that, it's absolutely great!

A pretty good living experience, rent keeps increasing as the cost of living here is slowly declining. The staff has gotten more stringent and less friendly as I have lived here, and processes like transfers or subleasing are very interesting and fee-forward.

My experience has been good at Campus Pointe. I feel as the price I pay, it is worth the living arrangements. Although there are a few things I believe need to be fixed, it is a nice place to live.
