Campus Side is fair for the price. They are fast to respond to any maintenance issues and the ladies in the office are very nice. I recommend to rent upstairs.

I love Campus Side because the staff is so nice and helpful. They even cook for us. They fix any issue right away. My roommates are now my friends and we are like family. It is so much independent than the dorms and way cheaper.

Overall for this price it seems to be more than expected. I moved in recently and haven't had any issues staff has been very helpful. As far as the unit only reason giving 4 star is my unit was a tad dirty (roommates) on move in and my bed wasn't together, but nothing that can't be cleaned or fixed by myself. T. Williams

The rent is cheap and it's near everything (school, walmart, the mall, etc.)
People who live here are pretty nice, I didn't have any problem with anyone. It's pretty peaceful. The only thing I wish could be changed is that pets aren't allowed here and I wanted to get a dog.
