I lived here for 1 year and re-signed for a second after the first month--a big mistake. The staff are completely unreasonable. I lived in the second year of my lease for a week and had to leave due to a change in my internship -- they forced me to stay in the lease and did not provide any assistance in finding a replacement tenant like they're supposed to. insisted there were no problems and that we were just using too much water - in the apartment I wasn't even living in! When I first moved in, they insisted water bills would be around $30; with this issue, we are forced to pay bills over $100 per month just for water. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they accused me of using the dishwasher too much. I will never in my life recommend this place to anyone. If you want a nice place for cheap, head to Stoneworth.
