  • Lack of Respect for Tenants

    I lived here for 1 year and re-signed for a second after the first month--a big mistake. The staff are completely unreasonable. I lived in the second year of my lease for a week and had to leave due to a change in my internship -- they forced me to stay in the lease and did not provide any assistance in finding a replacement tenant like they're supposed to. Additionally, the apartment I rented had a water leak reported by the external water company. Though campus side provides "maintenance," they ...
    insisted there were no problems and that we were just using too much water - in the apartment I wasn't even living in! When I first moved in, they insisted water bills would be around $30; with this issue, we are forced to pay bills over $100 per month just for water. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they accused me of using the dishwasher too much. I will never in my life recommend this place to anyone. If you want a nice place for cheap, head to Stoneworth.

    I spent about 10 months in this place it's nice quite the staff are really friendly and helpful I never had any problems with anything the internet and cable TV are included and ready to use you don't need to be concern about utilities and call them the staff taking care of everything and the manager Jenn is a really great person.

    Campus Side is a wonderful place. The apartment I had was spacious and well taken care of. The women at the leasing office are very nice and helpful. The maintenance crew was quick, efficient, and nice. Overall, this is a great place to live!!
