About Campus View Apartments

Campus View Apartments offers spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments located in Maryville, Missouri adjacent to Northwest Missouri State University. Our tenants are provided with on-site management, a responsive maintenance staff and off-street parking at no additional cost. We pay the gas, electricity, water and trash removal for each apartment and our tenants have the option of purchasing cable and/or internet services on their own. We are available to show apartments Monday through Friday. Please call for an appointment. Other apartment features and amenities: Stove, refrigerator and garbage disposal, mini blinds, carpet in living room and bedrooms, onsite laundry facilities, 24-hour emergency maintenance, bicycle racks, maintained landscaping, and much more.

I don't recommend this place.

I lived here several years back. In certain buildings you share heat/ac with neighbor. Had to have my place and other apartments fumigated for bed bugs. When I moved out they tried to charge me for car parking sticker. I did not own a car while living there. Neighbors loud and leve trash in hallways constantly.

I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment that wasn't remodeled, and it is in need of some updating. When I moved in, the oven had a loose burner. Also, there were scratches on countertop, nails in bathroom counter and, chips in porcelain of bathtub. Moreover, the toilet overflowed constantly and had to have maintenance come three times to fix it, the air conditioning runs very loudly, you have to share temperature control with apartment next door, and the walls are so thin that I could hear every ...

The apartment itself is okay. It is outdated. I had to have maintenance come multiples times to fix my toilet and it still runs loudly nonstop, but at least it does not overflow anymore. Everything is in working condition. However, the property management is the least personable a person can be. She does not even say thank you when I give her my rent check. Moreover, this morning at 10 am, she tried to come into my apartment with pest control without even knocking and announcing herself first! I ...

had a door stop in to avoid anyone breaking in, otherwise she would have walked in on me changing me clothes. When I pulled open the door, she said "What on Earth is blocking your door? What if there's an emergency and we can't get to you?" Let's just say its not great to have your strangers in your apartment and be yelled at first thing in the morning.
