I've been loving the space for as inexpensive as it is. Only real problems lie with people that keep revving their engines so the whole neighborhood can hear.
The ResidentPortal isn't the utmost reliable place to ensure information gets related to where you need it, but otherwise the staff are on top of it! I love the support.

Management is super chill and maintenece is quick on fixing issues. Only issues I have is the ammount of vehicle break ins concerns me, and the parking lot lines need repainted as they are totally faded.

Not the best but not the worst. Maintenance could be better. I’ve been here for nearly a year and never see the bushes trimmed in our building. Snow is not plowed properly or on time! Appliances are a bit old. I’m glad our dishwasher was replaced though. It’s also weird that the closets don’t have doors and the doors are only badged. Not the safest.

The only complaint that I would have is not having full time on site security for noise otherwise, this is a really nice place to live. The maintenance is spectacular. Everyone in the office is really helpful.And it's a really good location.
