In my opinion, everything is done the right way by all staff members, from the leasing office to the maintenance and repair crew. Everyone is courteous, helpful and all my questions are answered. Any repairs or replacement items within my apartment have always been taken care of in a timely manner. The grounds and property are well maintained, kept clean and looking good with ...beautiful landscaping. Theo replaced a lightbulb in the bathroom. Also, he replaced the hinges on a kitchen cupboard door. The door opens and closes normally now without any loud noise as it did before. The cathedral ceilings were very nice! We love having the washer and dryer in the unit, and any time there is a maintenance issue it's taken care of immediately. If we have trouble during off hours, they still answer calls and have even come to our apartment on weekends and evenings to assist with the satellite.
