Happy Camper! I have been living at Canal Club Apts since 2022 and am very happy here. I only have good things to say. In my opinion, everything is done the right way by all staff members, from the leasing office to the maintenance and repair crew. Everyone is courteous, helpful and all my questions are answered. Any repairs or replacement items within my apartment have always been taken care of in a timely manner. The grounds and property are well maintained, kept clean and looking good with ...

Bathroom light fixture had a burnt out bulb that needed replacing. Also a hinge on a kitchen cupboard door was broken and needed replacing. Theo replaced a lightbulb in the bathroom. Also, he replaced the hinges on a kitchen cupboard door. The door opens and closes normally now without any loud noise as it did before.

Move in Our move in went very well! The staff are all very helpful and friendly. It can be a little hard to get furniture up or down the stairs, but with the right help it can be done
