Apartments are in a great location, and the maintenance staff is great. Where the apartment doesn’t meet minimum expectations are with Management. From the lack of consistency when it comes to cleanliness outside the random mopping by the elevators or late night partial vacuuming to incompetent actions on simple tasks such as moving a package to the “package pickup room” where all packages go for residents. pick up a time sensitive package.
Outside of that the day to day is fine…no better or worse, just lowercase fine.
