Renters Beware - NOT
February 15, 2019I have have visited family at this property for 8 years. The grounds are always beautiful and well maintained. The inside of the building is kept clean and maintained. As at a lot of properties, the need is not there to have a staff member there 5 days a week but while the staff is on site they continually and consistently do the job they are required. Some of this requires weeding out the drama. If you are not happy where you live, move, If you have a problem where you live that you feel ...is not getting the proper attention, there are plenty of people that can check it out and tell you if it is a problem and needs to be addressed, Too many people cry "mold" when it is not mold. If the heater hasn't been used in awhile, black stuff will come out - it is called dust. If a unit is kept clean and maintained at a reasonable temperature, no one should have "mold" problems. My family lives there and enjoys their home, the people and the area. Don't let one bad apple sway you, come check it out yourself and make your own judgement!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Renters Beware
February 9, 2019I have seen alot of apartment bldgs but this one is at the top of the list. Maintenance is a joke, management is not even woth mentioning because they are only there two days a week, and then she listens to one or two of her henchmen that live there and if they dont like you, she finds a way to write you up. a friend has black mold in her apt due to a flooding of her neighbor, instead of taking it down they just want to cover it up. she has breathing problems now never mind sucking in that ...black mold. carpets were filthy when they moved it, black mold around windows, and inside her heater when she turns it out black stuff shoots out. she has tried cleaning with bleach etc but even that is hard as she cant breath. they do not care one bit for anyone except their few golden children everyone else is just a paycheck. and if your a person who does not fight back they pick on you until they get you out. there even told when the inspectors come not to talk to them. and the manager hovers so you cant...I dont care if its low income rent or not this behavior is not acceptable.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
