is not getting the proper attention, there are plenty of people that can check it out and tell you if it is a problem and needs to be addressed, Too many people cry "mold" when it is not mold. If the heater hasn't been used in awhile, black stuff will come out - it is called dust. If a unit is kept clean and maintained at a reasonable temperature, no one should have "mold" problems. My family lives there and enjoys their home, the people and the area. Don't let one bad apple sway you, come check it out yourself and make your own judgement!

black mold. carpets were filthy when they moved it, black mold around windows,and inside her heater when she turns it out black stuff shoots out. she has tried cleaning with bleach etc but even that is hard as she cant breath. they do not care one bit for anyone except their few golden children everyone else is just a paycheck. and if your a person who does not fight back they pick on you until they get you out. there even told when the inspectors come not to talk to them. and the manager hovers so you cant...I dont care if its low income rent or not this behavior is not acceptable.
