January 30, 2026Overall, complex is fine. However, there are a few areas that drastically need improvement. They do not replace lighting when they go out, so there are a number of dark stairwells and car ports. This is very dangerous at night. They do not control the wasp/bee nest on the upper level of their apartments. During the warm months wasp create large nest and very active on top floors. No one addresses the issue even when it’s the winter months when the nest are empty. The garbage area is not ...maintained. There are times the trash area is overflowing, there are times unhoused people are staying behind dumpsters or looking in trash at night. The bathrooms at the pool area is not locked, so there are nights I have seen people sleeping there. The equipment in the Canalside gym is not maintained. The treadmills stop working for weeks and residence of Canalside are not allowed to use the other gym on property. management should maintain amenities their residents are still paying for.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026Overall enjoyed living here! Quiet neighborhood- the staff is friendly too. This last 10 months communication has not been as consistent, and having to check-in myself on work orders. I continue to have issues with my Neighbor smoking weed and it coming through my vents.Review from Apartments.com

January 19, 2026The apartment is nice and in a good area of town, but maintenance doesn’t respond. Also, they false advertise on the Instagram by posting pictures of the nice gym when you have to live at Sola Station to use it, not Canalside. However, the apartments and the area is very dog friendly, so that’s nice.Property Manager Responded

January 4, 2026The apartment is good. The build is pretty calm, silence but it needs to improve the cleaning. The build has a lot of dusty outside or in the stairs and also the elevator is broken and i do not know if they will fix it. It iks really bad since I am moving and I had to carry out by stairs all my furniture since I live in the 3rd floor.Property Manager Responded

December 22, 2025The experience is good to live here but the maintenance team isn’t great. They take way too long to come fix anything in the apt and don’t provide an update. There’s no way to directly reach out to them. The canalside river walk is closed for more than a year. Besides that, good apartment complex to live in. Safe but not gated.Review from Apartments.com

December 17, 2025Great community, awesome location. It's essentially in it's own area, so it's nice and quiet. Close to the vista and downtown. Decent value for the rental cost. 1star down because my unit was in poor shape when I moved in and most small issues were not fixed.
