August 2, 2025The location is probably the only good thing about living here. Unfortunately, the apartment itself is old and in serious need of updates. The flooring, and fixtures all look worn out and haven’t been touched in years. Maintenance is the worst part. They are slow, unresponsive, and seem more focused on driving around in golf carts than actually doing any work. When they do show up, it's usually a quick, sloppy fix that doesn't really solve the problem. The office staff is friendly, but they ...rarely have any real answers. Every time you ask about a repair or an issue, you're met with confusion or a vague promise that someone will get back to you. If they hired a maintenance crew that actually knew what they were doing and took resident concerns seriously, this place could be a lot better. Until then, don't expect much beyond a nice location and a lot of waiting.Property Manager Responded
