Maintenance response time has gotten better even though some issues aren’t being fixed properly in the unit. Rents have gone up, but services have not. Pool doesn’t function, corridors aren’t cleaned as frequently.

An overall quiet community of young professionals and students with only one or two blatantly noisy sports car exhaust notes per day. Other than the trash left outside some residents apartments, an overall pleasant atmosphere.

Overall, complex is fine. However, there are a few areas that drastically need improvement. They do not replace lighting when they go out, so there are a number of dark stairwells and car ports. This is very dangerous at night.
They do not control the wasp/bee nest on the upper level of their apartments. During the warm months wasp create large nest and very active on top floors. No one addresses the issue even when it’s the winter months when the nest are empty.
The garbage area is not ...
maintained. There are times the trash area is overflowing, there are times unhoused people are staying behind dumpsters or looking in trash at night.
The bathrooms at the pool area is not locked, so there are nights I have seen people sleeping there.
The equipment in the Canalside gym is not maintained. The treadmills stop working for weeks and residence of Canalside are not allowed to use the other gym on property. management should maintain amenities their residents are still paying for.

Overall enjoyed living here! Quiet neighborhood- the staff is friendly too. This last 10 months communication has not been as consistent, and having to check-in myself on work orders. I continue to have issues with my Neighbor smoking weed and it coming through my vents.

The apartment is nice and in a good area of town, but maintenance doesn’t respond. Also, they false advertise on the Instagram by posting pictures of the nice gym when you have to live at Sola Station to use it, not Canalside. However, the apartments and the area is very dog friendly, so that’s nice.

The apartment is good. The build is pretty calm, silence but it needs to improve the cleaning. The build has a lot of dusty outside or in the stairs and also the elevator is broken and i do not know if they will fix it. It iks really bad since I am moving and I had to carry out by stairs all my furniture since I live in the 3rd floor.

The experience is good to live here but the maintenance team isn’t great. They take way too long to come fix anything in the apt and don’t provide an update. There’s no way to directly reach out to them. The canalside river walk is closed for more than a year. Besides that, good apartment complex to live in. Safe but not gated.

Nice apartment complex with access to the river walk. My apartment specifically is decent. The size of the apartment is appropriate for my rate. The only thing I don’t like about my apartment is the in-unit HVAC, like it is inside of your apartment, which makes noise and vibrates the wall in my bedroom

quiet community, great shops and events that happen here. Front office is very helpful and quick with any questions or concerns I have. only problem is people that come for the shops park in resident parking and always take up the good parking spots
