This property is a quiet and a great place to live! The manager and maintenance staff are friendly. Maintenance is done quickly and done well! The patios/decks are bigger than most apartments/townhomes.

One of the better places to rent from in Fargo. Management is friendly and courteous and seem to fix problems when they occur. They come with 2 single garages one of which is attached, the downside is the garages are pretty narrow and my is a tight fit for my truck. Otherwise it's a pretty good place to be.
