Rude Manager
January 19, 2018I went in to get more information about the community. I was not greeted after standing there for about 5 minutes. When I was finally acknowledged she was not welcoming at all short and dismissive. Property owners do yourself a favor and get a nicer person in the office!Review from Apartments.com
Do NOT move here
December 23, 2015I was approved for an apartment on December 19th. After driving around the small community later that night, I decided I wouldn't be the most comfortable due to the type of crowd that hung around after dark. on Monday the 21st I called the office to rescind my application. the initial girl Lily stated because I had already been approved I had to forfeit my deposit. This is new to me as I was always under the impression that a deposit HOLDS an apartment for 30 days and is refundable. There is ...another woman in the office by the name of Barbie. She is the rudest little girl I have ever spoken to in my LIFE. I asked her about the deposit and she cursed at me. I also asked her for the community website and she told me to Google it. the office hours are from 8:30 to 5 yet she said she wouldn't be there until 10 and leaves at 3:30 leaving no one else in the office. I'm so glad that I am NOT moving to the hellhole. I'd rather forfeit $200 than to be stuck in a lease for 12 months with these unprofessional people.
