February 9, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartment I rented was full of mold and they did not do mold cleanup before the next resident moved in. The rent advertised is NOT what you will pay.. they will tack on water, trash, cable/internet and an MCR (?) fee! They will charge you for an 835 sq ft apartment, when you really have an 825 sq ft apartment (if you have a coat closet... you have the smaller apartment). The property manager's signature on any receipt does not mean anything... so don't try to hold them to ANYTHING she says ...or does. And they send out message to their residents to turn their heat up to 72 in the winter (electric heat) so the pipes won't freeze. HMMM.. now they are driving up the electric bills too? BEWARE!! November 21, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comSo, upon looking at the reviews, not one of them is over a month old. That should be a HUGE Red Flag. About 4 weeks ago, I took a drive by the property, to see if I wanted to rent a place here. Every thing seemed nice on the outside. But while I sat in my car, the noise that you could hear from County Road 28 was REALLY LOUD. Not good! When I drove by a week later, they were ripping out bushes & moving rocks around, but days after that, nothing was replaced & it looked like a war zone. I have ...talked to a few of the tenants & former tenants. Not one of them had nice words about the manager! One woman said that this "Dallas" woman on the reviews, had offered tenants $50 to write a review for her & that she was the 4th manager since they moved in. Seems like the Property Owners have a high employee turnover here. Another BAD sign! I would do your homework before moving in to this place. Looks can be deceiving!Read More

It is very quiet and peaceful, and the quality of apartments is high considering the lower prices for rent. They are very good with turn around for maintenance as well.
