Great apartment for the price
October 28, 2016I've been living here 2.5 years and intend to continue living here. You can't beat the price for the area and apartment size. It's an older, no frills complex but there's good that comes with that too. For example, I don't have to run my AC or heat constantly because the brick building and new windows (replaced for entire complex in 2015) are not drafty at all. My power bill for a one bedroom averages about $60/month. The property manager Tera and the maintenance manager Jeff are very friendly ...and helpful. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. I've looked at other one bedrooms in the area and they are $150-$200 more a month for a comparable unit. I definitely recommend living here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Good value
October 10, 2015Great location. Staff has been helpful and attentive to questions. Hvac and appliances have been good. Only complaint is the occasional noise from floorboards of the apartment above. Other than that it is great place to live for the price and location.Review from Apartments.com
