January 19, 2026So far I have enjoyed my stay at the candour apartments greatly. The convenience of the location is greatly appreciated and the modern and clean look of the apartment is lovely. The washers and dryers are also very convenient. I don’t drive so being able to do laundry at home is a great plus. The only minor complaint I would have is that the walls and floor seem a little thin. I always do my best to be considerate of my neighbors, but I noticed footsteps and conversations can be easily heard from ...downstairs. Within 8 minutes of the airport you have every restaurant, and a Walmart is within a couple miles. July 2, 2025I had a great experience living at Candour House. The apartments are well-constructed, modern, visually appealing (hello, high ceilings), and relatively quiet. It's nice to have a business center with a printer onsite as well. The management team is friendly, helpful, and efficient, and the maintenance team is top notch. Finding a parking space in the parking lot is a breeze, and the occasional food truck offerings add a nice element to the resident experience. December 10, 2024I love Candour House! The office staff are so nice and always willing to help out. The maintenance staff is quick to fix any problems and keep the complex looking luxury. The luxury finishes are great and the natural light in the apartment is wonderful. I have lots of space.Property Manager Responded
