Sometimes moving is more than just changing where you live. It's really helpful at a time that could be extremely stressful to have a personal touch and attention to detail, so you can focus on what you need to. The staff here did that for me, like they did for all my new neighbors. I've moved over a dozen times in my life, but this was the smoothest experience I've had. I honestly could not be happier with my decision to rent at Candour House.

So far I have enjoyed my stay at the candour apartments greatly. The convenience of the location is greatly appreciated and the modern and clean look of the apartment is lovely. The washers and dryers are also very convenient. I don’t drive so being able to do laundry at home is a great plus. The only minor complaint I would have is that the walls and floor seem a little thin. I always do my best to be considerate of my neighbors, but I noticed footsteps and conversations can be easily heard from ...

I have had an incredible experience at candour house. The management staff are all extremely friendly, yet professional, and all of the amenities have been beautiful kept up with and accessible for the years I’ve been here. I also have never heard my neighbors, the insulation is incredible, and all of my appliances have never had a single issue.

I lived in many communities in mind lifetime in Candor house is one of the best fits in Durham. Within 8 minutes of the airport you have every restaurant, and a Walmart is within a couple miles. The location is great, office personnel are second to none some of the most personable people I've met. I wouldn't move if you paid me. Great community great team of folks.

I had a great experience living at Candour House. The apartments are well-constructed, modern, visually appealing (hello, high ceilings), and relatively quiet. It's nice to have a business center with a printer onsite as well.
The management team is friendly, helpful, and efficient, and the maintenance team is top notch.
Finding a parking space in the parking lot is a breeze, and the occasional food truck offerings add a nice element to the resident experience.
