July 11, 2025I lived in many communities in mind lifetime in Candor house is one of the best fits in Durham. Within 8 minutes of the airport you have every restaurant, and a Walmart is within a couple miles. The location is great, office personnel are second to none some of the most personable people I've met. I wouldn't move if you paid me. Great community great team of folks.Property Manager Responded

July 2, 2025I had a great experience living at Candour House. The apartments are well-constructed, modern, visually appealing (hello, high ceilings), and relatively quiet. It's nice to have a business center with a printer onsite as well. The management team is friendly, helpful, and efficient, and the maintenance team is top notch. Finding a parking space in the parking lot is a breeze, and the occasional food truck offerings add a nice element to the resident experience.
