Inaccurate and misleading description/ OVER PRICED!
March 2, 2022The property is not at all as good as it sounds to be based on the descriptions of the amenities and property features. Just to name a few it is not non-smoking I think everyone in my building smokes but me the hallways as well as my apartment constantly smell of pot smoke and cigarettes. They say they have yard and they do there’s plenty of grassy areas however I would not let your kids play because there are razor blades and other dangerous material left laying around due to the renovation ...that is still ongoing, cigarette butts trash and dog poop are scattered all throughout the property grounds.. There is no pet washing station where pet play area nor is there even a playground for your kids or anything for them to do. The property claims to have video surveillance but this only includes the office area as we live in the backside Of the property and my neighbors had their window busted out, my child’s bike had been stolen and other outside items were destroyed and was told by the property manager that they were not cameras in that area and to write a police report. Also this was several months ago and my neighbors window is still covered up with cardboard!
