    Canopy has been the best place I’ve lived at in Lincoln for a few different reasons. Location, you’re in the hay-market a beautiful location that is very low traffic, besides when there are events, those tend to happen on the weekends. The apartments are very new & up to date had zero problems with A/C, water, electricity, all of that stuff. & if there is a problem they have people who work @ the location to get it fixed ASAP. Almost every room if not every room has a balcony which really nice ...
    and peaceful. The on-site manager who runs the apts, was amazing. Anything you need she is a text msg away and makes sure to get whatever needs to be taken care of, done. Also a very nice person, someone who is willing to talk to you simply about life and actually interested in getting to know you, rather then someone who is just there to be there. Every time I passed her coming into or leaving the apt always had a positive attitude and smile on her face, would always try and at-least say hi! & not to mention this is by far the best value for your dollar. Compared to other apts the price is hard to beat, and as far as I know, there are NOT any places near downtown with better pricing. I could go on and on about why I enjoyed my time here. That is why I am writing this review as someone who almost never writes reviews. 10/10 recommend living here, once you check it out or go on a tour, it will make your choice of picking somewhere to live very easy.

  • Canopy Lofts

    Nice location and apartment. Its like a 10 min walk to campus. Maintenance requests are easy because done online. I do automatic payments so I don't have to worry about paying on time. Sometimes the Railyard can get loud on game days, but they shut things down at midnight so its not that bad. This place seems to be a step above the other college apartments. They actually enforce their quiet hours. Its my favorite place to live so far.

    The location is amazing. Unfortunately their management has declined. When I first moved in two years ago, their leasing agent was great and extremely helpful. However, their new one needs to improve his communication skills. Other then problems I've had with the leasing against, I've really enjoyed living here. They're very quick with repairs, and they have security Thursday-Saturday nights.
