Maintenance stopped by today for a work order and he was very professional and helpfully. He introduced himself, had a list of everything that was mentioned in our move in paperwork and detailed everything he did and gave recommendations.

Absolutely miserable! So-called neighbors are disrespectful and rude. Parking is ridiculous. People park on the grass, sidewalks, consistently block driveways. The community is getting and feeling very trashy compared to 3 years ago. The upkeep is subpar, that includes the units and the grounds. Maintenence is lazy and can come pdf extremely ride. Pest control is lacking. This should be an ongoing maintenance responsibility, not just when a resident calls! The grass is dead, the trees are dead, ...
everywhere you look, just terrible. Definitely not happy here anymore.

I love it here! Everyone is nice and friendly. The staff is great always ready to help out. Since I move here I hadn’t no problem. When something wasn’t working the staff was ready to help out. It is a quiet place. My kids can play outside without me having to worry. It’s is always clean outside. The grass is always cut. I love it here

I really like the neighborhood but only big downside is the parking throughout. There isn’t enough at all and the roads are small. The playground is also very small for kids to play. The pool and the gym are very nice .

After hurricane Milton tore through our county, the management team was quick to assess the damage done. Many fences were down and a team came out and put them back up. Pleasantly surprised by the quick response.
