March 2, 2026I've been living at cantata at the trails for 5 years now. It has been a good 5 years. My lease will be up for renewal soon and I will definitely be renewing it for another year. A special shout out to the girls in the office, Misty, Donna and Janessa. Always cheerful and professional and quick to address any issue I may have. Fortunately in the 5 years I have lived at cantata at the trails, I have been fortunate to have only minor issues and they have been addressed promptly and professionally ...by the maintenance team.Property Manager Responded

Maintenance takes care of any issues in a timely and professional manner. It's been a pleasure every time interacting with the girls in the office. Misty, Donna, and Janessa.
