I’ve been waiting over a month for basic repairs (washer, bathroom fan, bathtub liner) with no resolution. In the meantime, I’m paying out of pocket for laundry and dealing with moisture issues from poor ventilation. Calls and emails often go unanswered, and accountability is lacking. While Alexis has been helpful, overall management has failed residents.
