Ignored by Staff, Abandoned by Maintenance
September 21, 2025Cantera’s maintenance has become almost non-existent. I’ve been waiting over a month for basic repairs (washer, bathroom fan, bathtub liner) with no resolution. In the meantime, I’m paying out of pocket for laundry and dealing with moisture issues from poor ventilation. Calls and emails often go unanswered, and accountability is lacking. While Alexis has been helpful, overall management has failed residents. I’ve spoken with other community members who are experiencing the same problems. ...Unfortunately, I cannot recommend living here.Property Manager Responded

The staff was kind, understanding, and very helpful with scheduling tours, signing the lease, and giving you a true home community like experience. MOVE NEAR BUILDING 14
June 11, 2024If you want a great experience living here, move near building 14 because it's more quiet, near everything like leasing office; pool; mail room; gym; and also there is no stray cats on that side of the apartment complex because no one feeds the cats on that side. It is also safe here while walking around at night time. maintenance staff are very responsive and main leasing staff are always helpful and friendly.
