Apartment hunting I thought the apartment ground were beautiful with the flowers and such, very clean. Apartments are beautiful as well! 2 things I was kinda shocked I didn’t see in the apartment complex was #1 a microwave in the apartment and 2nd an Amazon hub in the complex. Other than that I thought it was a Cute place!

Apartment in rough shape The positive is that the leasing office ladies are amazing and very friendly and knowledgeable! The model home was very nice but upon moving into our unit we discovered it in really rough shape. We’ve put in 5-6 work orders already. The cabinets are in such bad shape that we had to get something to cover them. The strong smell of cigarettes is terrible . Again, on the positive side, maintenance has addressed the issues quickly and are friendly and respectful.

First move in Moving in wasn't to bad at all the whole process was super easy from looking at, starting to rent,and actually moving in. I'm on the second floor so some stuff wasnt that easy to get up but all depends on what you bring/buy for the place. It's good sized and everything works fine other than paint drip here and there. Was super clean when I first looked at the apartment and everything.
