They charge for parking when there is they don't have a lot of parking place. Anyone can walk up to you it's unsafe and the leasing office is closed every day..

Both parking options are for lot parking as our community does not have a garage. Our leasing office is open M-F 9a-5p by appointment and Saturdays 10a-5p by appointment. Both parking options are located in a parking lot as we do not have a parking garage. Our clubhouse is currently under renovation, and our leasing office is temporarily located in building 200015. The leasing office is open M-F 9a-5p by appointment and Saturdays 10a-5p by appointment. If your moving to Maryland- MOVE HERE!!!!

Recently relocated to Maryland from Missouri. Within first day here found the Canterbury Wes site. The ability to apply online and receive a pre-approval really speeds the process up. We applied, came in to the office and signed a lease all within one day. The apartments are hands down amazingly kept and clean. The office staff are the EXTREMELY welcoming and friendly. Noisy Neighbors

Worse place to live....its always noisy and when you complain to the leasing office they do nothing about it. Its as if they rather us deal with it or break our lease and go. They don't realize that if they dont handle the issue, its going to be a constant problem for others that move in after us. Question is, how would the leasing office feel if they were to go home and have to deal with inconsiderate and noisy neighbors You should want the best for your tenants as you would want for yourself.

I've lived here a few months so far, and I must say I have really enjoyed my time so far. Of all the places I have lived, this management staff has been the most responsive and attentive. They get back to you when they say they will, and follow through on issues in a good amount of time. People aren't joking about the towing, but, to be fair, they do have signs posted everywhere letting you know where you can and cannot park. I have been there for two years and I have glad to move out finally. I would say not the bad place to live, but you will be frustrated. Parking spots are very limited and very hard to find at night. The rent fee increased from year to year. And you have to pay two months fee if you break lease. Maintenance is usually fast though. I snagged my 1BD/1BA because it's close to work. I then found out it's close to everything else I could need, all within walking distance. The maintenance crew is so helpful and quick, and the office staff is generally fine, though I've had a few issues. Otherwise, you'll be battling those that purchase a parking pass and those that abuse the visitor's pass (which is given away freely, with no monitoring, by the office). The management is aware of the issue of folks abusing the visitor's passes, but can't (or won't) do anything about it. There are MANY apartments in this property, so I can only speak for my small corner of the neighborhood, but all in all I'm happy and will be sticking around.

Being in Canterbury apartments is really refreshing and relaxing. A neighborhood filled with quiet and hard working friendly neighbors who believe in quality and peaceful state of mind. Being at Canterbury apartments is like being on vacation. The response on assistance from the properties management and maintenance is spectacular. No other place to be. As a resident, I have had my car towed twice in my neighborhood for parking in a visitor spot (there were no spots).
