nosey neighbors that are nosey anf stuck up....
March 10, 2016who will not hesitate to report everything and anything to the management. You could be speaking in a louder tone or just raise your voice slightly, and your nosey eavesdropping neighbors will blow it out of proportion and claim u are having a domestic dispute or worse call the cops. the people in the complex are very judgemental towards the younger tenants and are quick to assume you are up to no good if you have guests or people come over. they freak out and make it seem like you are partying ...or dealing drugs just because you have friends visit. I know this bcit happened to me while I am living here. my nosey neighbors started so much unnecessary drama for my husband and I . so much so that we plan on moving once our lease is up. for how expensive is it to live here you would think that you would be granted some level of privacy. you would assume that it would be easy breezy living here, but nope! constant harassment and intrusion from the neighbors and the management. not worth the stress and headache of feeling like youhave to walk on eggshells. unless you want to get written up and eventually evicted then dont plan on throwing a house warming party or ever inviting anyone to to visit you (bc I garuntee yolu the manager or maintenance crew or your neighbors will turn nothing into something and get you wishing you you didn't waste your moneythere!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

COME STAY AT THE CANTERBURY!
August 14, 2015I love staying at The Canterbury Apartments in Puyallup, WA because not only is the community absolutely gorgeous, but they also have the best management staff that I have ever dealt with. Everyone on the management team is very professional and courteous and I feel like they treat you like family the moment you walk through the door. When Tina The apartment manager saw my two little ones walk through the door, she stopped what she was doing and asked if she could fix them a cup of hot cocoa, ...this along with the children's book area kept them preoccupied while my husband and I explained what we were looking for in an apartment. When we went on the tour of the complex, it was so gorgeous that I fell in love almost immediately. The grass and shrubs were well manicured, the apartment buildings were large, it was very quiet, and best of all, It was fully fenced! Just by looking at he outside, I knew that I was in for a treat. When we went inside to view our current apartment, I knew that there was no way that I was leaving without signing a lease. The apartment was HUGE! It made me feel like I was inside of a house. The walls are painted a very warm and welcoming color, the appliances are brand new and black, which I love, there is an island in the kitchen, and the rooms are so spacious that you can fit at least 2 full sized beds in the guest rooms, and about 4 beds in the master bedroom. My favorite part would have to be the large walk in closets and the garden tub. Since we've moved in, we've noticed that they take great pride in the upkeep of the property, and hold many community gatherings to get everyone together like a second little family. Looks great feels so so
July 28, 2015When touring the apartments they seemed great, new and updated insides, clean gatehouse, but after living here a year things aren't so great. Whoever they had doing the remodels took shortcuts everywhere. The caulking around the tub is cracking and the tub finish is peeling off. The toilet lid doesn't sit all the way down due to poor trim work so you can hear the toilet run. The dishwasher wasn't anchored properly so every time you pull the drawers out the whole washer tilts forward.
