They were always responsive to requests and do a wonderful job maintaining the property, keeping the property clean and in good working order. I lived here over the course of 1 year (2021-2022) and it was hell. In this time there were constant changes in management with whom I informed of rodents and they would send someone out but the problem was never fixed. The place progressively just kept getting worst. They stopped having people come clean the common areas, the elevators never worked, people would leave their trash on the elevator or in the hallways. The list goes on…

I've lived at Canterbury Arms for the past 2 years and my experience here has been great. It's conveniently located right off the highway where there's a Mall, a Wal-Mart, and a Market Basket. The property manager Beverly is also great; I personally appreciate how friendly, knowledgeable and the amount of patience she has when dealing with her tenants. The rest of the management team does a great job as well making sure that all issues are addressed and that the properly is well maintained.

Such a convenient location! Neighbors are very friendly and inviting. But the best part is the availability of the manager and maintenance works. They go above and beyond for excellent service. Lived at Canterbury Arms for 3 years. Apartments and surrounding landscape are clean and well maintained. Perfect location...mall, Walmart, Market Basket, gas stations, fast food restaurants and highway all within a 5 mins drive. Beverly and the other staff are professional and helpful!

Accessible, clean, affordable , quiet

I’ve lived at Canterbury Arms for a little over a year now. The Property Manager Beverly is amazing! Any repairs needed in the apartment are done in a timely manner. The hallways and on site gym are cleaned on a daily basis. Rent is also affordable compared to the Boston market. This is a great neighborhood on the Brockton/Stoughton line. Quiet building.

I enjoyed living at Canterbury arms so much, I accepted a full-time home-based position. Beverly, the Property Manager is gem of a person! She is professional, caring, and knows every tenant by name. If/when there was an emergency, it was handled in an appropriate time frame. I appreciated so many things while living there. appreciated it the diversity of the tenants, and I've enjoyed many long conversations throughout the buildings, in the on-site laundry room. I made good use of the on-site gym as well and there are two elevators. Beverly and the staff ensure that the property is clean, safe. Best Place To Call Home

Canterbury Arms has been a wonderful place to call home. Beverly, the property manager is excellent. She was so helpful when my sister and I came into the leasing office to ask questions about the apartment, as well as what is around the local area. I have lived in Canterbury for 6 months now and I really enjoy living here. The fitness center and laundry room is a few floors down for my apartment. The staffs are very friendly and open to help my sister and I with any questions that we may have. ...

The grounds have been kept clean by the great service tech workers that are on site. On a few occasions I had to stop them and ask them a couple of questions. No matter how busy they were, each time they were able to answer my questions and direct me to Beverly and she was able to help me further. Although the pool hasn't opened yet, I can still see it from my apartment. My sister and I can't wait to relax by the pool once it opens. When I first moved in a was looking for a location that wasn't too far from my job. I have to say that Canterbury arms exceeded my expectations so far. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for an apartment.

Great staff, great location and excellent staff. Ive been living here for 3 years and enjoy the amenities provided to tenants. My son loves the pool and even going to the gym, as do I. I’ve been living here for 13 years, I must say it’s a great place to live. The building is clean and neat, there’s a fitness area. The building doesn’t smell like most other buildings.
